Jessica
I am Swedish and have over 15 years of experience teaching yoga. I am trained in classical hatha yoga, Samayoga, yin yoga, yoga nidra, and trauma-sensitive yin yoga.
My teaching focuses on the breath, the nervous system, and the body’s natural rhythm. I aim to create space for calm, presence, and a sense of safety in
the body. You are invited throughout the practice to make choices that feel right for you.

Daisy
I am a certified kundalini yoga teacher (KRI) from Northern Light Academy in Oslo and a certified yoga nidra instructor through Yoga Alliance. Since my first encounter with kundalini yoga in 2007, yoga has been an anchor in my life and a source of joy and mastery.
In my life, and in my yoga classes, I draw inspiration from the cycles of nature. From this, I aim to create a safe space where you can land in your body, find more peace, and explore your own energy. I love sharing the practice of yoga with others and hope my classes can bring you more vitality, presence, and balance in your
everyday life.I am also a yoga musician, playing in a mantra band, and I incorporate music and mantras into my classes as both energy work and sound healing.

I’m Sara, a Danish vinyasa and hatha teacher, and an ashtanga practitioner who enjoys creating strong, intentional flows. My classes combine mobility work, balance, and dynamic vinyasa sequences, always guided by the breath.
Expect energizing music and a welcoming space to move, focus, and be present.

Sydney
Yoga became a cornerstone of my life when I first discovered its benefits in my early teens. This passion led me to complete my teacher training in India in early 2020, and after becoming a mother, I began to specialise in prenatal and postnatal yoga. I have also gained additional qualifications in yoga nidra and breathwork, allowing me to offer a more holistic and supportive practice.
I follow a predominantly hatha-style practice, taking time in asanas with a focus on alignment and breath to get the most out of each session.
In my classes, you can expect the use of music, meditation, and affirmations, as well as heat-building and muscle-toning flows. No matter your experience level or stage in motherhood, I aim to offer a nurturing and welcoming practice.

Ragnhild
I fell in love with yoga the first time I practiced, in the spring of 2014. What keeps drawing me back to the mat is the break from thinking—and the freedom from pressure to achieve or be “good.”
Vinyasa was my main style for many years, until I discovered ashtanga a few years ago. This is now the practice I return to most, and I continue to study regularly with my teachers.
I often teach strengthening classes, as I experience this as an important and empowering part of the yoga practice. Most importantly, I want everyone to feel at home in my classes—where a sense of unity and acceptance is at the heart of what I offer.
