Yoga is for everyone.

No matter your experience or flexibility, we’ll guide you through each class and offer options so you can move in a way that feels right for your body.

If it’s your first visit, feel free to arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in. Mats and props will be ready for you, all you have to do is wear something comfortable and bring water if you’d like.

Our Classes

❋ Yin Yoga

A slow, meditative practice where poses are held for longer periods to gently stretch the body and encourage deep relaxation.

❋ Vinyasa Yoga

A dynamic, flowing practice where movement is synchronized with breath to build strength, flexibility, and focus. Poses transition to create a rhythmic and energizing experience for both body and mind.

❋ Ashtanga Yoga

A structured and energetic style of yoga that follows a set sequence of postures, building strength, flexibility, and discipline through breath and movement.

❋ Kundalini Yoga

A holistic practice that combines dynamic movement, breath work, meditations and mantras to support the flow of energy, increase awareness, and promote inner balance.

❋ Prenatal Yoga

Gentle yoga designed to support the changing body during pregnancy, helping build strength, relaxation, and connection to breath.

❋ Postnatal Yoga

A supportive class for new mothers that focuses on gentle movement, recovery after birth, and connection while babies can join the practice

❋ Hatha Yoga

Hatha is a form of yoga that will give you the chance to explore the poses deeply as we hold the poses still for the count of five breaths. It will be an opportunity to build strength as well as flexibility. Finding stillness in the poses gives the chance to quiet down the mind and connect with the breath. All levels are welcome in this class.

How to book classes & buy a clip card

To get started, simply select a class from the schedule.
You’ll then see the available pricing options, including single classes and clip cards.

You’ll be asked to create an account (via our booking system) where you can purchase classes, manage your bookings, and keep track of your clip card.
