Yoga is for everyone.
No matter your experience or flexibility, we’ll guide you through each class and offer options so you can move in a way that feels right for your body.
If it’s your first visit, feel free to arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in. Mats and props will be ready for you, all you have to do is wear something comfortable and bring water if you’d like.

We strive to create a welcoming space for movement, rest, and connection. These guidelines help us maintain a calm and supportive environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
Arrive a Few Minutes Early
Please aim to arrive 5–10 minutes before class begins so you have time to settle in, find your mat, and arrive fully in the space.Running Late?
If you arrive after class has started, please wait quietly outside the studio until the teacher signals you in.To help maintain a calm and uninterrupted practice for everyone, we are unable to admit students more than 5 minutes after class begins.
Silence Your Phone
Please switch your phone to silent mode before entering the studio.Respect the Practice Space
Help us keep the studio calm, clean, and welcoming by returning props after class and being mindful of those around you.Parking
If you are driving, please remember to collect a parking pass before class and return it when you leave.Stay for Tea
