A gentle workshop for anyone living with fatigue, exhaustion, stress, burnout, chronic overwhelm, or simply a body that feels depleted.
In this workshop, we explore how yoga can support the nervous system through soft movement, breath, rest, and regulation, without pressure or performance. You will be guided through calming breathing techniques, gentle yoga practices, and simple tools that you can bring home and use in everyday life.
We will also touch on the basics of the nervous system, and do some written reflections to better understand our own signals.
This is about learning how to listen, soften, and support the body where it is right now.
No previous yoga experience is needed.
