This grounding and gently energizing class combines mindful movement, deep stretches, and breath-led flow in a calm rooftop setting surrounded by fresh air and evening light. Expect a slower pace with space to unwind, release tension, and reconnect with your body.
Suitable for all levels and beginners welcome. No experience needed.
